Beyond the suffering and frustrations of our daily life,
Is anger we haven’t expressed,
Beyond the anger,
Is pain we haven’t felt,
Beyond the pain,
Is grief we haven’t allowed ourself to release into tears,
Beyond the grief,
Is nothingness, the emptiness in which we we came from
And when we rest in that emptiness for long enough, there comes a spark
This is the illumination from which we are born from and will be reborn from again and again; as we cycle though life and death into eternity.
